The idea was to convert the fragility and tactility from delicate transparent stretchy nylon mesh into the solid shiny material of bronze, being deeply founded in art history.

The wooden pieces are like fragmented body parts, joined together by its new skin of nylon mesh. The nylon textile is carefully wrapped and hand stitched around the wood pieces, creating amorphous and indefinable shapes and folds in the final surface of the bronze cast.
